The only way it makes sense is if Woods or Kupp are included in the deal. Their salaries would have to be jettisoned to even begin thinking about absorbing Jones' salary. And since the Rams don't have 1st round picks available to trade, the value they give Atl. would have to be whatever Woods or Kupp is worth plus a bit more.
Maybe something like Woods + 2022 3rd for Jones.
