If it's a FA who isn't getting any other offers, it won't matter, but if it's just a matter of a few thousand difference between teams, it really could make a difference.

Many states have taxes on players who travel as part of a visiting team, so even Tom Brady is going to have to open up his wallet when the Bucs travel to LA this year.
