However I do agree with you that states make up for it in other ways, but there are 9 states with no state income tax, affecting these teams:

Seahawks
Titans
Dolphins
Buccaneers
Jaguars
Texans
Cowboys
Raiders

While states make it up other ways, the significance for an individual player is nontrivial, IMHO.
