I think Tutu is risky due to his size. Not sure he can survive. But the guy is electric. Shockingly fast. With a free release I don't know that anyone will be able to cover that dude for a full 60.
If he does learn the offense quickly teams will need to rub him and they'll have to account for him on jet sweeps.
Merlin you have the right to your opinion but how can you not see the similarities. Maybe compare Gronks dump to tutu they may be the same size. But JoJo is a damn good comparison they have the exact same body type for one. They both have the a 4 letter name That is both made up of two letters now that is scary. They have similar stats from college one really good year of production.

Whose career do you think is JoJo and whose is Tutu? And who is he going to start over to get that 60 min of uncoverability? Kupp, Woods, Jefferson, DJax? And contrary to popular belief he is not a return man he had a whopping 4 punt returns in his career.
