The guy obviously was hammered and took most of the day to sleep it off before reporting it. Probably couldn't remember what went down other than "AD was there so gonna try to cash in." Fortunately the vid helped to debunk his version of what went down too.
So yeah I'd definitely sue him just to cause him major discomfort if I'm Donald. AD can afford good representation. This guy it would be a major prob if that were to happen and I think that's something AD should do just to make a point if nothing else.
