Few Centers can stone the big NT's

For a Center he's just got to hold the guy off for a second or two. A Center is never going to be as big and strong as a typical NFL NT. Plus a Center has to have movement skills.

So I'm not so sure that Allen isn't strong enough. He had only a few games under his belt to develop when he got injured. But for all we know, the Rams still don't see Allen as their starting Center, but rather as a rather inexpensive back up.
