history and tape don't lie: B Evans never played well...he played near avg...he had protection on almost every pass pro attempt, via McVay. Evans does have talent, but he is missing something that Hav has.
And noteboom has no ability to sustain blocks--as reported in camp, his punch is extremely weak; and, after 3 seasons he remains weak.....
