They see these guys every day in practice going against AD, Brockers etc... Its not that hard to figure out a depth chart. Presumably the next guy up was not appreciable worse than Blythe allowing then to feel comfortable letting Blythe go. Now if they don't have a guy at least as good as Blythe to plug in there and instead really on the draft...then that would be balsy.
