Where we have more flexibility to spend. taking a pay cut is one thing but being able to fit into what the Rams need in terms of salary? That might be a whole different number. And then factor in California's taxes and the Rams might be behind the eight ball in terms of asking teams to take pay cuts. Now when they have a little more cap space maybe they can offer a guy who should be making 12 million 10.5 million or 9 million and the player will be okay. But at this point they're asking guys to take huge cuts to fit both California's tax system and their own cap restraints. Not a great combo. But I think they'll be fine.
