There you go again blaming the player! The coach didn't know how to handle a developing qb and once there was no qb coach to act as a go between, McV's toxic interventions messed with the player's confidence. You don't coach that way.

Luckily for us, Stafford is an older, very savvy vet who knows more about quarterbacking than McVay, so they will likely make a good partnership. Maybe McV will learn from it.

IMO it was stupid, though, to not run the ball against Miami. That was just stubbornness. You have to have a better feel for situations like that.
