With Stafford, will Rams constantly have play clock turning to zero as ball is snapped?

That has always driven me crazy! And I have often wondered if it makes it easier for a pass rush getting a jump. Seems when the Rams are not up tempo, the ball is almost always snapped inside of two seconds.
