I was a HS football coach for 22+ years.

Freshman football players do not even resemble what they look like as a Senior. It's 4 years of weights, diet and plenty of football.

Rams DRAFT football players not to start right away (some might). It might take 2 years of an NFL weight room, diet and plenty of football to get that DRAFT PICK ready to play NFL FOOTBALL.

We have some young talent on this roster when you actually go "look" at it. Some players could be ready to get that starting position.
