I am mixed, not to kick a dead horse, but I was ok with him going to the Browns I was upset that Hill went.
I'm not sure about Rapp yet. I don't think he's a bad player I just wonder about his fit in the scheme.
I feel questions on his fit and injury history are why he was passed up last year.
