I remember Walsh saying DeBerg was just enough to get you beat. I read his Book Building a Champion and he couldnt take the Turnovers anymore and losing games they should Win. I got a Library of Rams and NFL Books. But thats what happens being a longtime Rams/NFL Fan.
Because of DeBergs blunders they were losing many games they should Win, and it had such an effect on Walsh that he almost quit because he put in so much effort and it was wasted with a Pick or Fumble. .
