Much more to this deal than comp picks

It's about fit and leadership. Fowler was evidence of that. He had 15 sacks and they let him walk. Floyd had 10.5 and they kept him. Tells me that he means more to this team in terms of leadership and versatility than just numbers or picks. Remember that they brought Floyd in because he was a Staley guy. He did things the way Staley wanted and the way Mcvay will want to continue.
