Let me put it this way.
If Snead can snag a quality C and one Edge in FA or trade predraft, then I’m wide open to any BPA at almost any position. Period.
My personal preference then at 57 would be a LOT, TE, another Edge, CB, or ILB that had fallen. But a stud WR would be okay by me.
Part of my reasoning is that Stafford probably can make any of our WR’s a deep threat due to his ability to see them, and have the guts and accuracy to throw to them. Don’t be surprised if Jefferson and maybe even the occasional Webster deep throw accomplishes the ‘loosening up’ of a D just fine.
