The reason? It’s simply not that high of a Ram priority AND they can get what they need at WR inexpensively later in this draft.
Think about how you would rank Ram needs at this point. Here’s mine, more or less.

All 6 of these positions seem higher on a Ram wish/needs list than a 4th WR for vertical threat. Heck, Rams might well feel that their 4th WR vertical threat is already on the roster!
