Josh Reynolds played 27 percent of the snaps as a rookie in 2017. Given the type of situational player they need, if they are willing to use, say, a pick in the range of 88 or 104 or slightly later on a WR I do not see why they would be hesitant to play him. They need a WR to give them about 15 snaps per game, not 40.
Plus the fact that Woods, Kupp and Jefferson, none burners, can all get deep.
