After watching Safford come back AND win vs. the Falcons this past season with just 64 seconds left in the game, well ..... I am completely sold on him. Now, in full disclosure, I'm a HUGH Goff fan, however, I completely see why McVay is "Giddy" about his abilities. For those of us who remember Warner and his abilities to maneuver around in the pocket and throw from almost any platform , well, watch this particular game. Safford has the same moniker as Farve had during his playing days, as a "gunslinger", however, his gunslinger attitude is controlled and decisive unlike watching Wilson, hoping for a OPI. LA., your in for a REAL treat.
