I think his players love him... for awhile. But some really dislike him after a short time.
He is a bit abrasive when things aren't going well and he tends to wear out his welcome in a short amount of time wherever he coaches.
Things worked out perfectly for him this year in regard to Brady wanting to come. And, they may be good for a couple more years, too. There's some chatter that OBJ would like to join the Bucs. That would be great as I think he could ruin that chemistry pretty quickly.
Let's see how smart and loved he is if the team goes on a losing streak or doesn't make the playoffs within the next couple of years. He's not a very good person when things aren't going his way. He's maybe a bit like Phil Jackson... Put him on a team of all-stars and he will get the most of them.
I bet when Brady retires, if Arians is still there, he walks away from the Bucs, too.
