I don't care what they give up to get him it would be bad for us. Elite gameplanners like Shanny will magnify a QB's talent IMO just like McVay did with Goff. And in Watson's case that's bad for us if he ends up in SF.
I think we're going to win this division in 2021 because we have the best roster and now we don't have a ton of dropoff at QB vs a team like Seattle. But if SF does get Watson they'll be locked with us in a dead heat in the division and I'd rather have us run the table for the next few years.
I also believe SF is our primary threat in the division. So yeah I don't want to see Watson anywhere near that team.
