Rodgers putting together all these 100 QB ratings and the eye ball test to me still gets the Nod. He was handicapped with both of these coaches somewhat and what he did this year to carry that offense to a good season with Adams as his only weapon is simply incredible.
But I have cooled on Rodgers because of how he piddled when trailing against the Bucs down by more than 2 scores. His lack of urgency in that ONE game alone has changed my perspective somewhat and those that post that he doesn't really do well when trailing may have a point.
Piddling when losing and taking the entire play clock is simply unacceptable and probably explains the lack of success with come from behind wins.
Brady on the other hand is still overstated. He was a product of great coaching in 2 places. Let him go play for Fisher and his high school offense and see what he would do. He got to play for the greatest all around coach in NFL history and than goes to this loaded Bucs team with the best offensive weapons in the NFL and a good defense. Plus the Bucs coach Arians is probably the 3rd best coach in the NFL and maybe the 2nd best offensive coach.
Really at this point, it won't matter much longer because Mahomes is going to have the crown sooner versus later. He is simply an upgraded version of Aaron Rodgers.
