Higbee was not well used last year...

February 09, 2021 04:52PM
Blame Goff, McVay, the game plans, the playcalls, or Higbee’s injury. Who cares?

Bottom line is that we got a good glimpse of what a weapon Higbee could be in late ‘19. How that wasn’t continued in ‘20 is beyond me.

The good news is that I believe Stafford and McVay will resurrect this O in ‘21, and that certainly includes Higbee. Perhaps Hopkins will shine, as well. The whole playbook is gonna be open once again.

I fully expect a return to a 30-32 ppg O this year if a quality C is brought onboard. An outside speed deep threat WR and maybe replacing Hav would be the final touches for this O, IMO.

5 years in the league, pedestrian numbers, no pro bowls

Stats aren't everything. Plus, too big a cap hit for 2021

We can't replace the 19th ranked TE in the league?

I like Higbee a lot. I just wish he was more of a RZ threat.
