Re: Now we get to see...

You know Max... When his name came up I disregarded him because I had an image in my mind of who he was. It was a fat QB who didn't move well and who had never really lived up to his draft status. That was my take on him. Not enough better than Goff to make a move worthwhile.

Night of the trade I started watching their 2020 games and realized I had completely overlooked the guy as an option. He isn't fat (it's just his cheeks lol) first off. The guy moves really well in the pocket and can adjust and make throws. This isn't Aaron Rodgers but it's a QB who is going to make a lot of plays in this particular offense.

Imagine this run game next year if they fix Center. Imagine the passing game given just the run game, let alone with a better QB who can stretch the field on top of that. They're gonna need another receiving weapon too and make sure the defense doesn't slip too much but I gotta say this move is going to result in a significantly improved Rams team. I'm thinking even in this division instead of a cap of 11 wins we're now talking maybe 13 or 14 and a top seed.
