If you want to make someone sound reasonable, talk about the plan. For example, the plan to upgrade their QB position.

You want to make the sound like @#$%&, talk about all the scheming they are doing related to the QB position. Look at the scheme to get rid of Goff.

That said, I'm fixated on one thing, that is Winning and I think McVay is too and he will target, fixate, plan and scheme to accomplish that task.

I wish Goff luck. Don't know him but he seems like a genuinely good kid and I wish him nothing but the best. But Stafford is far superior a QB to Goff in my opinion.
