You want to put weight in the QB stat of "Wins". I don't because Wins are a team stat. Sure a QB helps that but it can also hurt that.
A team can win because of or in spite of a QB.
After all John Wolford has a 100% win rate in game he starts including being undefeated in the playoff games he starts. Does that make him great?
I think Goff of 2019-20 has cut into our team wins vs. a QB like Stafford.
I am willing to bet big dollars that Goff's winning percentage next year will be worse than Stafford's despite being historically much better.
Do you disagree?
You;re going off the rails on me, not sure why--I don't see you as being that type. I do not want to put weight on "qb wins" as a stat, that's bs. You misread something and probably missed some irony/sarcasm on my part. You're not saying anything about the "qb wins stat" that I haven't said myself since I started posting in 97.
So you're willing to bet that Goff's record in Detroit in 2021 will not be any better than Stafford's was in 2020? Unless Detroit fixes some things, I assume you're saying. Well...sure.
I will say this. Stafford's record in LA won't be better than any other qb's would be if the Rams have big OL issues in 2021 like they did in 2019.
Nowhere btw in any of this have you bothered to find out what I think of Stafford or the trade, but you sure seem to have a lot of assumptions about that. Maybe move toward real conversation and away from bringing conflict based on poor assumptions, and you might find out what I think about both things. So far I have not said a word about any of that.
That's a pretty broad hint by me. Slow down and hear it.
