These are the numbers over the last 2 years for both QB's. I don't think either is a cherry-picked sample from either QB. Stafford missed some time in '19 so the cumulative numbers don't line up like they normally would. But IMO, it's clear that Stafford has actually played behind a problematic OL compared to Goff.
Stafford's completion % is almost the same but his TD%, INT% and rating are all much better. With lesser weapons and a worse OL. He just may be a big upgrade at QB for the Rams.
