I'm sure everyone and their mother has "checked in" with the Lions on Stafford. That's what GM's do all day long, gather info. It takes 2 seconds to send a text to their new GM, who we have a relationship with, and find out what the asking price is.

Only teams inquiring are those looking for a QB. I'm pretty certain that KC with Maholmes hasn't checked in on Stafford.
