This is the second or third time we've seen Ramsey make an indirect overture like this for Watson.
I know Ramsey is a bold guy, but I don't think he does this unless he feels like he's comfortable in saying so.
And I think it's highly unlikely he's the only one.
With that said, does anyone really think Goff is on the Rams by TC 2021?
