So my top 3 are Landon Dickerson - Alabama, Creed Humphrey - Oklahoma and Josh Myers - Ohio State:
Here are some notes with the links to the articles:
Creed Humphrey: measured 6'-4 5/8" 312 lbs.
A star from yesterday’s practice who has continued to dominate is Oklahoma Center CREED HUMPHREY who was once again
unbeatable in pass protection using his
width, lateral agility and anchor to win reps. The
team captain also showed the ability to succeed at guard and center, which is added versatility that could boost his draft stock.
So the bolded, underlined parts are important for a few reasons. His lateral agility was a question mark IMO, and he has answered that question as a fit for the Rams. His pass pro is ahead of his run blocking, but this news would immediately help with the dreaded interior rush that messes with QBs. Lastly, the Rams love Senior Bowl kids, and they have drafted numerous team captains (Akers and Jefferson last year come to mind) so he is a draft trifecta for the Rams: Senior Bowl, team captain, scheme fit.

Landon Dickerson: measured 6'-6" 326 lbs
For someone who isn't participating in Senior Bowl practices, LANDON DICKERSON is very engaged during these sessions.
He's been seen talking to players during one-on-one drills and is even giving some guys some pointers. There's no doubt he'd be the top dog if he played this week but that's not stopping him from being engaged. It's terrific to see from someone that doesn't even have to be there this week.
The reason I highlighted this part is because even though he is injured the kid is a natural leader. Nick Saban has raved about how important he was to Alabama football. Big, tough, smart and a real leader in the middle. Another team captain. He works more in a man gap/power scheme, but he'd be had to pass if he gets to the Rams.

Josh Myers is a junior so obviously not at the Senior Bowl.
Bonus LT/OG:
Dillon Radunz - NDSU measured 6'-5 5/8" 304 lbs.
Other offensive linemen who played well were DILLON RADUNZ from North Dakota State, shutting down rush after rush in one-on-one’s at left tackle and playing quality reps at left guard in team drills.
