A couple of years ago the Lions drafted a center with their 1st round pick and them moved him to guard. We all laughed at our Lions fans friends. "Why not draft the best guard?" The following year they moved him to center.
Would it be possible to draft an outstanding guard and move him to center? Or, are the positions so different that the learning curve would nullify any immediate gain?
