Not just the quantity, but the quality

These are the offensive coaches that we've lost from our '17-'18 staffs and where they've gone. Not denying other factors, but perhaps here lies a hidden reason why '19-'20 hasn't seen the same amount of offensive success. I trust McVay's "genius" but no head coach operates in a vacuum. Sometimes, just like players, they are only as good as the people they're surround with. Here's hoping their replacements are just as good.

Matt LaFleur - HC Packers
Zac Taylor - HC Bengals
Greg Olson - OC Raiders
Shane Waldron - OC Seahawks
Jedd Fisch - HC U. of Arizona
Liam Coen - OC U. of Kentucky
Skip Peete - RB's Cowboys
