...as much as I love the D, they played four games against some low rank offenses of the NFC East, and the AFC East had some weak offenses as well (NYJ, NE, MIA)...they were torched by good offenses (BUF/35 points, GB/32 points).
I think they will miss Staley, but it was not the 70's Steel Curtain or Fearsome Foursome....
