Going from #1 to #7-10 is a big drop. That shouldn't happen with AD and Ramsey since there isn't a team with better defensive pillars.
Top 3-5 would be ok.
yeah, I think he better be in top 5 if he wants to be considered a good hire....but we also have to remember, its not very often where a defenses remains the number one defense back to back years
