so this year when you lose FO staff to become GMs of other teams you are awarded two 3rd round picks

they need to expand it - it is ridiculous that the Rams lose these impactful coaches year after year and aren’t compensated for it

and then Staley wants to raid the staff. hell no! You do that you must pay

chances are o’connell leaves but the Rams need a draft pick in exchange

that and the Chargers are already riding the Rams coattails in that market... hell no! they owe us a draft pick every year they are in this market and not even paying their fair share in that stadium. hell no!!
