One would surmise this would be an inhouse hire especially after Staley was so complimentary of both, Pleasant has more experience, but I like Henderson's background better and players like Donald & Ramsey have been very positive about both. Fear would be the one the Rams don't promote, Staley might poach, hopefully, he only takes one assistant coach with him, but Robert Saleh of the 49ers took two.
