I’m at peace with the process.
McVay has a tremendous track record with his coaching hires since coming aboard. In fact, Bonamego is his only mistake that I can think of. The proof is the rapidity of other teams poaching so many of his asst coaches and promoting them for their own staffs.
Also, McVay is well connected AND has established a reputation as the place to be for ambitious rising coaching stars.
I think McVay’s pipeline is always gonna be full of eager up and comers.
