James totally respect your opinion
but what do you see that has convinced you he has peaked at such a young age ? I get he's got 5 yrs in .. but what is he 25?
Just saying if we can get him fixed is it not worth the effort ?
For the guys worried about his money..., the contracts are only getting richer... by the tail end of this contract he might be a bargain who knows?
I'm not James, he's much wiser than me. But, I will say that if we could get Goff "fixed" that would be the best way to go.
But what does 'get him fixed' even mean? How would they do that?
Besides not being mobile which can't be changed, his weakness is in the mental aspects of the game. Slow reads, slow through progressions, not always seeing the field well, questionable decision making. How do you fix that for a 5 year QB?
I don't know that anyone is actually worried about money. It's about value. What do you get for that money. If you're paying someone $35M, which I have no problem with, then you need elite performance since that amount takes up so much of the cap forcing them to be cheap and have less talent elsewhere.
