Don't want to lose players, especially homegrown players that you've developed.

Assess the roster
Almost everyone got in on the fun this year from last couple of drafts.
One player that didn't fulfill that was Lewis. Assessing Lewis might be at the top of the list. Obo was showing some promise, but the rotation is lacking. Highlighted by this last game, we just weren't able to get the QB hit, or down. Whether Staley is with us or agin' us the club has to figure out Lewis, and in turn who the edge guys are.

Right after that probably is the offensive line.
Going to be a bit harsh trying to get this right.
As for the Cap
Not the fun part of watching football for me, but I think we'll see some high priced players around the NFL take a pay cut to achieve some retention or acquisitions for respective teams.
