The Rams did win one game in Bloomington during the 70's, in October 1978. Not what I'd call blizzard conditions. It was the game that changed the QB sack rule to down when in the grasp of the defender. The Rams LB had swung the Vikes QB around and slammed him to the ground, actually causing the QB to have a seizure. Scary crap.
