He seems like he's usually in the right spot and he breaks on the ball so instinctively that I don't think he needs elite speed. It would be nice but that's also why this scheme runs two safeties so often. Teams tend to complete a ton of passes underneath across the middle too so that might be part of those stats idk. I just don't see anything that concerns me with him I think he's fine.

If I were going to attack this defense I'd go after the opposite edge from where Fowler is playing. Because you're going to have Ebukam on contain and he loses his awareness and gets caught inside quite a bit. The problem of course is he's part of a rotation but when I see him on the edge I'd basically hit that side with the jet sweeps (Valdes is a nice threat there), pop screens, swing passes, and runs.

And in the passing game I expect Rodgers to pick on Hill. Whether that continues all game comes down to how well Hill responds. Either way Rodgers in this offense is a fearsome thing and our defense better be ready to play a full 60 because you can shut Rodgers down and he'll still all of a sudden explode for a few TDs on you.
