He's always been slow on his reads and that's not going to change. He's always been inaccurate which also doesn't fit this offense as you need to put the ball in the right spot for RAC. Only thing the guy adds is he's a heck of an athlete when he tucks it and runs but that's not going to be enough.

What Wolford added was quick reads and the ball out fast on top of his mobility. Which complemented our run game and defense nicely. Bortles can't do that.

Our only hope is Goff playing well. So in a way this is fitting. All the chips on the table with Goff holding the cards. I wish the kid well and am rooting for him, but I also expect the QB disparity to be too much for McVay to overcome. Hope I'm wrong.
