Agreed. Which is why I hope they're able to find a quality edge rusher in the 2nd round of the Draft. Not to say they should force a pick there but just hoping the value works there.
As far as free agents, you make a good point on Floyd but remember when he was signed it was not seen as a "wow" signing. He had 7 sacks over the two previous years combined. He was a reclamation project (that's worked). Maybe they can uncover a similar value again.
But they are- to some extent- going to have to rely more on Lewis developing plus Hollins and Okoronkwo on the Edge next year.
I would really like to try to retain Fox. He's been a really valuable part of the defensive front rotation.
