It was a long segment and covered Goff/McVay and then steered from that to Cam Akers at which point it was said "Look Goff gets credit for toughing it out but this game was not about Jared Goff. This game was about Cam Akers and this ridiculous defense!"

What Silver said was Goff is not seeing what McVay sees... and that's a problem for McVay and McVay has let Goff know its an issue. Silver then says its likely affected Goff's confidence
