Goff may have the first D+ performance that qualifies him as a hero that I can ever remember.
He did not play well, but made a few plays and managed the game, but give the guy his due.
He is playing quarterback in the NFL where a QB takes some of the most vicious hits in all of life. It was a Willis Reed like performance and he gave what he had to give. Say what you want about Goff, as he isn't the best, but he has had some great moments as a Ram and of all QBs in the NFL with 40 or more wins in a career, Goff has the highest winning percentage. He also has playoff wins and a superbowl appearance.
His performance to get a playoff win was heroic and one that should go down in history. It is stunning that he won a NFL game after a hand surgery, just 10 days prior to a game! just amazing that he even suited up!
Goff is a Winner.
