I know, running is the key...but if they are determined to come out and stuff that in hopes that we just stop running and throw is the thing.(Sean has been known to throw out/leave his program when things don't go at 1st) That's why I think it could be an idea to throw on 1st down in the onset of the game, and then when they start backing out run the ball...and run it between the tackles more then going wide.....
We won't win this game with 30+ passes......but throwing at non scripted times could put them off a bit....on 1st instead of 2nd or 3rd and longs.....get a workable chunk on 1st with the pass in the beginning,then switch up as the game progresses....They'll kill us if they stuff us on 1st down with the run...
