When was the last time the Rams had a dominant day and forced multiple turnovers? I mean a Baltimore Raven type dominant performance: 4 Ints, 2 fumble recoveries, and a TD or 2. I think that's the kind of effort that it will take.
I remember Haslett creating several turnovers with his scheme. Then again, a dozen times a game the blitzes didn't get home and the defense got burned for long gains and scores. And let's not forget leading the league in penalties.
This iteration of Ram defense has some good players and a couple greats. I'd say Staley has produced a consistent unit. Not dominant, but pretty damned good.
But I get the point, a turnover fest is welcome. But not at the risk of giving up 30 points.
