It doesn't count as a pressure if you "managed it." A pressure is by definition when a defender beats a block in time to get a hit, hurry, or sack. A pressure isn't an effort, it's an effect. And no that was not as much pressure as Seattle usually brings--using PFR numbers, 17 is their highest number of pressures in a game this season. In their previous game, Rams got 15 and Seattle got 8.
As of right now, Seattle is 15th in the league in pressure percentage. Teams that are top 10 in pressure percentage that the Rams have played are Bux (2nd), Giants (4th), Patriots (5th), Eagles (6th), Cardinals (7th), Washington (9th). Cardinals got 16 but the rest it was 8 or less.
