I feel the Rams and McVay ask a lot of their WRs cuz they are very smart and talented players. There is so MUCH nuance in that WR room - as demonstrated in the report that the WRs get psyched and yell out during game film reviews over the "blocking" more than anything else. Blocking for a WR is like #10 on the checklist of expectations and our group is so detailed.

It's that aspect of "nuance" that makes our WRs top notch. imo
it is this aspect that I'm saying VJ is taking time learning and it's okay....cuz he WILL get it in time.
Meanwhile, VJ is just slightly off sometimes doing the little things. IMO
VJ can have a big game and it doesn't exclude him from having a big game this week or ever...just saying it's not automatic yet and the Rams WRs to Goff relationship is very practiced and depended on. imo
just speculatin...but that's the way I feels to me.

not the playbook so much as the nuance of the WR play.

Being a Gator fan, I recall him being clutch on 3rd downs.
