Henderson really does not have good in-game speed; I mean he is slow. If you watch that video, Adams is just eating up ground and it looks like Henderson is running in concrete shoes.
Henderson has pretty good speed, he just doesn't have much in the way of making moves and making people miss in my opinion. In that particular play, Adams had a running start before Henderson did, and had an angle that cut some of the distance off.
No way to know how the game would have turned out if he had scored but it sure would have made some sort of difference.
